The staff especially the nursing staff are excellent caring informative people,( if they don’t know something they will find out). All of the staff from maintenance, kitchen, up to managers, nurses and doctors are all dedicated individuals, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. It’s extremely clean and everyone is friendly.

Complete Care at Court House exceeded my expectations! When my father-in-law needed rehab, the hospital told us Complete Care at Court House center was the place to go. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The building was clean and well kept. The therapy department worked wonders and within a few short weeks, my father-in-law was ready to return home! The person that greeted me at the reception desk, the people from the Admissions area, Nurses on the floor where my wife would stay, the Activities Director and staff all had smiles on their faces and a glow in their eyes and showed the attitude that they loved their job and the people they cared for. That was the main reason my family chose Complete Care at Court House for my wife and their mother. Time has proved us right! Over the years, almost all of the staff working there when we moved in, are still there. That’s dedication to the job, which is not always a pleasant duty and loyalty to their employer. So happy with the care my Grandfather received at this rehab. He was part of the pulmonary program and recovered quickly after being in the hospital. The rehab department is wonderful!

My father is very picky and he said they treated him like a king. The Nurses and aides were all wonderful they all went out of their way to make him as comfortable as possible. The therapists made sure he had everything he needed and they worked with him to teach him ways to do things himself. He had PT and OT, and said they were all great. They had weekly meetings and they notify family if they wanted to come to the meeting if we had any questions or concerns. The food there was also good they make meals according to your dietary needs. The front desk and the admissions director also are wonderful any questions we had were answered right away. This place is not like a typical rehab facility everyone that works goes above and beyond, even the cleaning people would go out of their way to help. I would recommend Complete Care at Court House to anyone. I was very impressed with this place. Even at discharge, they all stopped by to say goodbye and good luck.
